Banquet of the Stars (BOTS) is the first Omniscient Reader fan cafe held in Singapore. The fan cafe will have cupsleeves to redeem, on-site activities, photo booths, merchandise bundles, and more!

The aims of this event are:
1) To gather as many ORV fans (and artists) in Singapore as possible
2) Celebrate the love for ORV with fellow fans ♡

ORV BOTS SG is organised by a team of 5 in Singapore. The team is made of artists with long boothing and merch-making experience and people prominent in the fandom who have participated and contributed in several other ORV initiatives (e.g. past ORV fan-zines). All have a strong love and interest in ORV and hence this event was born.This is an UNOFFICIAL fan cafe. We are not affiliated with Sing-Shong, Ridibooks, Kinokuniya, Interstellar, or other official sites.

General Event Details
Q: What is a cupsleeve/ fan cafe event?
A: The fan cafe is a collaboration between organisers and a cafe to host an event celebrating a specific fandom or character. We will be selling event-limited merchandise bundles as well!Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: Mask-wearing is no longer required! :)Q: Can I come in cosplay?
A: Yes, cosplayers are welcome! However, do note that we do not allow cosing up at the cafe venue itself. Please come ready in your cosplay!Q: Can I take photos of the venue?
A: Yes, please do! Remember to tag #orvbots_sg on all social media when you post your photos or videos so that we can share them as well ♡
However, please try to avoid taking photos of other cafe-goers unless given their explicit permission. We would like to respect everyone's privacy and safety.
Please also respect all cafe decorations and merchandise displayed. Do not damage the standees.Q: Will there be any games or activities at the cafe?
A: We have plans to host some fun activities at the cafe! More details will be released soon.Q: Is there a capacity limit for the cafe? What if I come and the cafe is full?

Our Preorder is closed as of 17 Feb 2023, so our stores for both local and international PO, and international GOs are no longer open. There will be limited onsite sales on at the cafe on 1st May. More details to be released soon.Q: Will there be spoilers?

Merchandise
Q: What merchandise is there?
A: Cupsleeve Design A can be redeemed for free with a purchase of at least one drink from the cafe.
Our merchandise bundles pre-order (PO) have closed as of 17 February 2023 (23:59 GMT+8)! We will have limited amount of bundles for on-site purchase, but we highly recommend pre-ordering them to secure your purchase.

A: Our pre-orders have officially closed and production is ongoing. There will be a limited amount of merchandise bundles sold on-site on the event day.Q: Do we have to buy F&B from the cafe to attend the event?
A: All event-goers will have to buy at least one drink in order to enter the fan cafe. This is part of the arrangement with the cafe, so we hope you can understand!
We will be checking for receipt proof during entry/collection.
Please have individual receipts per person, as there is a maximum of 2 cupsleeve redemption per person. Thank you for understanding! :)Q: What items will we get when we buy a drink?
A: All event-goers will be able to redeem a Cupsleeve Design A for free, as well as a special on-site freebie unlocked by our generous Ko-Fi supporters. If you participate in our on-site activities, you can also claim a simple gift. However, all items listed here are on a first-come-first-serve basis.Q: Can we buy the cupsleeve/merchandise bundle without buying any food or drinks from the cafe?
A: Cupsleeve Design A will be a fan cafe limited edition that can only be redeemed through purchase of at least one drink on-site at the cafe!
Cupsleeve Design B can be pre-ordered in the merchandise bundle. Please check the table below for more information regarding on-site collection.Q: Can we buy the merchandise individually?
A: Please note that our pre-orders have ended. Merchandise can only be bought in the bundles for walk-in orders at the cafe. Leftover merchandise may be sold individually post-event, but we highly recommend you purchase the merchandise bundle at the cafe as there is no guarantee of leftover sales stock.Q: Can international fans purchase the merchandise bundles?
A: Please note that our pre-orders have ended.

A: No, there is no guarantee that you will get all 9 different designs. The packs are randomised. There will be no repeats of cards within one gacha pack, but purchase of multiple gacha packs can result in repeated cards.Q: Can I buy the 9 designs for the photocards separately?
A: No, we will not be selling the 9 designs separately from the gacha photocard pack.Q: How do I get a foiled photocard?
